The timber frame structures for most of our mobile homes and static caravans are build to conform to both the ‘caravans act’  and building regulations for conventional housing. We manufacture the timber frame panels in our workshops and assemble the pre fabricated panels on-site.

This timber frame speciation is substantially greater than the general BS:3632 requirements for residential park homes. Our specification used the same timber sizes as building regulation houses.
