Using a High Pitch Roof enables a greater degree pitch whilst maintaining the legal internal ceiling height.

The mono-pitch roof has a single angled slope from front to back. A consideration for modern or studio designs.

Flat-roof designs give a contemporary style and can incorporate a number of features, including roof terraces
