Specification Options

Each of our mobile homes is designed and finished uniquely to the customer requirements both inside and out. We generally aim to finish the homes to building regulation standards, although the customer specifies the ultimate finish.

Customers can choose their own materials suppliers. For example, if you see a kitchen or bathroom in sale we will buy and fit it for you. You specify the boiler and heating system you want. Every element of the home is chosen to suit your requirements inside and out.

Customers choose the exterior finish. Cladding, windows and roof. The interiors are plasterboard and plastered. The customer chooses the internal finishing specification; doors, floor finish, skirting, decorating types. These are often chosen from the major stores, Howdens, Homebase, B&Q, Travis as well as specialist suppliers. You will see on the page links below details of suppliers and their websites. If the customer sees a flooring product or kitchen on the high street or online, they can have it.
